Job summary

Capgemini Philippines Corp. is seeking an IT Asset Management specialist to maintain accurate inventories of laptops, desktops, monitors, and peripherals. You will track the full lifecycle, reconcile data, and generate automated reports.

Responsibilities include asset recovery during offboarding, audits support, and cross-functional coordination with HR, IT, Finance, and Procurement in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Business, Accounting, or related field.
• 2–3 years in IT asset management, inventory control, or data reporting.
• Experience with large inventory databases and asset reconciliation.
• Familiarity with ITSM/asset systems like ServiceNow or ManageEngine.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records for IT equipment and track lifecycle stages.
• Reconcile physical stock with databases and investigate discrepancies.
• Develop Excel-based trackers and dashboards; produce periodic reports.
• Coordinate asset recovery during offboarding and support audits.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Procurement, and Finance across locations.
