ContiTech Philippines is seeking an experienced IT Architect to design and govern the central purchasing IT landscape. You will align with global teams, define integration strategies, and ensure high availability of core purchasing applications while meeting standards and budget requirements.
The role requires several years in IT architecture, SAP and non-SAP exposure, and strong English communication. Hybrid work setup, with opportunities for learning and career growth.

Design the overall IT architecture for central purchasing solutions
Ensure compliance with IT standards and rules
Orchestrate and integrate all components of the purchasing solution landscape
Derive technical integration scenarios for the purchasing IT landscape including master data integration, SAP integration and cloud solutions
Continuously optimize sizing of the core purchasing applications with zero unplanned downtime and high availability
Continuously improve the existing technology targeting state of the industry
Lead safeguarding measures and ensure IT security, IT compliance and Enterprise Architecture Management principles
Plan, execute and deliver projects/work packages and ensure high quality delivery within scope, budget and time
IT service ownership for the system operation of purchasing IT services
University degree in computer science or economics or equivalent qualification
Several years of relevant professional experience as system architect (SAP and or Non SAP applications)
Several years of work experience in IT Projects
Autodidactic learning and application of new technologies
In-depth knowledge of Procure-to-Pay processes and solutions
IT Consulting experience with SAP Basis / SRM / MM / S/4 Central Procurement, Jaggaer and middleware solutions appreciated
IT Project Management experience appreciated
IT Service Management experience appreciated
Business Fluent English (written and spoken)
Very efficient, reliable, and responsible way of working
Very good communication and presentation skills
Ability to cooperate with globally distributed teams - internal as well as external
Highly self-motivated, assertive and skilled at resolving conflict as well as high customer service orientation
