Job summary

Wego Chemical Group is seeking an IT Analyst – Technical to join our global technology team. The role focuses on Oracle Fusion ERP/OTM/OIC technical engineering, implementing cloud integrations, configurations, and customizations for our ocean-rail-truck multi-modal shipments.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience configuring and integrating OTM in the cloud, plus Oracle Fusion Financials/BI reporting and OBIEE.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree and strong problem-solving abilities.

• Experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
• 3+ years with Oracle Fusion Financials and Cost Management (Costing), incl. implementation, customization, reporting, integrations, and production support.
• 3+ years with Oracle Fusion BI Reporting, OBIEE.
• 7+ years with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP Adapters preferred.
• 3+ years with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leverage Oracle BI Reporting to solve complex business problems.
• Participate in full projects from concept to launch, with some architect responsibilities.
• Manage defects by determining root cause, implement corrective action and document findings in Wego’s CRM tool.
• Monitor and maintain system health monitors so deviations from the norm are detected early.
• Work directly with business partners to define / refine requirements in Solution and Dashboards.
• Participate in weekly meetings and track project progress in Asana.
• Configure, customize, and support Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), and Financial Reporting.
• Expertise in building, error handling, auditing, scheduling, deployment, monitoring/alert integrations in OIC/ICS, and support end‑to‑end testing of integrations.
• Thorough knowledge of Mapping, Lookups, Connections, XSLT, Agents, Packages, and other features of OIC.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues involving Oracle Fusion ERP, Financials, Cost Management, OTM, and OIC.

Job Summary

The IT Analyst – Technical is an Oracle Fusion ERP or OTM or OIC technical engineer role. This individual is part of the fast‑paced technology team supporting Wego’s global chemical distribution network in complex Ocean‑Rail‑Truck multi‑modal shipments. The IT Analyst is a technical, individual contributor role but collaborates with other team members to ensure a project’s success.
