Job summary

ThirdEye Consulting in the Philippines is seeking a skilled IT Administrator to maintain our internal tech stack across the Philippines & UK. You will manage Google Workspace, device provisioning, security settings, and cloud infrastructure to ensure smooth operations.

You Will Do

We're seeking a skilled IT Administrator to join our team. You'll be crucial in maintaining ThirdEye’s internal tech stack. You will be working with all of ThirdEye’s team members across the Philippines & UK providing IT support, device management, and support for our cloud infrastructure. It will be your responsibility to ensure all devices and cloud infrastructure meets ThirdEye security regulations.

Cloud Management

• Manage Google Workspace accounts, groups, permissions, and security settings.
• Onboard new starters and deactivate departing users in line with our access and offboarding policies.
• Give employees access to the applications required for their role, with the correct level of permission.
• Maintain and troubleshoot SSO integrations between Google Workspace and ThirdEye’s cloud applications, such as Jira, Confluence, 1Password, and Lucidchart.
• Where supported, maintain automated user provisioning and deprovisioning for connected applications.
• Review user access regularly and remove unnecessary, outdated, or excessive permissions.
• Maintain an accurate record of company applications, account owners, licences, and access requirements.

Device Management

• Enrol company devices in our device management tooling and assign them to the correct employee.
• Maintain an accurate device inventory, including ownership, serial numbers, status, and lifecycle history.
• Configure devices to meet company security standards, including encryption, screen-lock settings, software updates, and endpoint protection.
• Monitor device compliance and resolve missing updates, security issues, or failed management checks.
• Deploy approved applications and security settings through our device management tooling.
• When an employee receives a replacement device, remove the old assignment and enrol the new device correctly.
• Securely wipe returned devices during offboarding, remove activation locks and personal accounts, and prepare the devices for reuse or disposal.
• Respond to lost or stolen device reports by protecting company data and updating the asset record.

Compliance & Regulatory Responsibilities

• Administer our compliance tooling and keep its integrations, automated checks, and evidence collection working correctly.
• Maintain compliance policies, including review dates, version updates, approvals, and employee acknowledgements.
• Monitor completion of mandatory compliance training and follow up on overdue assignments.
• Work with internal control owners to collect evidence and keep compliance records accurate and up to date.
• Identify failed controls or missing evidence, assign follow-up actions, and track them through to resolution.
• Support the internal compliance team with audits and applications for new company certifications and accreditations.
• Prepare reports showing training completion, control status, outstanding risks, and remediation progress.
• Help employees understand their technical compliance responsibilities and complete required actions within our compliance tooling.

Salesforce support

• Provide first-line support for Salesforce users and investigate access, configuration, and data issues.
• Manage Salesforce users, licences, permission sets, and access requests.
• Learn how ThirdEye’s Salesforce environment and business processes work.
• Make small, low-risk configuration changes under guidance, such as reports, dashboards, fields, page layouts, and Flows.
• Test and document changes before they are released.
• Escalate complex development, integrations, and production issues to the Salesforce team.
• Build Salesforce administration and development skills over time.
