Job summary

Kroll Business Services in the Philippines is seeking a Consultant, Issuer Services to assist a global team handling complex corporate actions and liability management. The role supports the Issuer Services function within the Kroll’s Business Services division, contributing to documentation analysis and risk assessment.

You will work with Managing Consultants on routine transactions, coordinate launches, learn distribution mechanics, and respond to inquiries while developing reporting skills

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired.
• Functional PC skills, including MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively.
• Eager to learn new concepts and receive feedback on performance.
• Flexibility with work schedule is a must - shifts will cover all hours of operations.
• Legal, financial or technology industry background a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analysis and escalation of findings related to event documentation.
• Identification of risks associated with various corporate action events.
• Coordination of launch of various corporate action events.
• Learning and understanding distribution mechanics related to Issuer Services transactions.
