A leading construction company seeks a Compliance Officer to ensure adherence to ISO standards and manage document control within their Integrated Management System. Candidates should have a degree, relevant ISO experience, and excellent communication skills. This role involves assisting in audits, developing procedures, and reviewing documentation to ensure compliance in all projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Assist in gathering relevant information through interview or research to develop work instructions, procedures and manual/s as required by the standard
· Review documentation and its applicability to the 3 standards and to practical operations.
· Assist in the implementation of documented procedures in areas where said procedures are not adhered to
· Evaluate construction operation processes for compliance with established KTMS.PH Manual of the Integrated Management System, such as ISO 9001:2015, ISO 1400:2015 & ISO 45001:2018.
· Determine compliance with policies, procedures and other KTMS.PH Manual requirements.
· Assist in development of audit plan and audit schedules.
· Identify processes, situations, etc., where organization is meeting requirements, as well as identify opportunities for improvement.
· Assist the audit team in developing audit reports; present audit reports to top management, as required.
· Assist with follow-up audits, as required.
· Reports directly to the Lead Auditor or ISO Leader.
· Assists and works in collaboration and conjunction with auditees and other auditors during the course of an internal audit.
· Ensure that nonconformance and corrective action reports are completed with root-cause analysis, correction and corrective action are verified audited until recommended action is acceptable.
· Ensures compliance of the IMS in all projects of the company.
· Assist in preparation for external audit (Re-certification and Surveillance Audit)
As Corporate Document Control Center Officer:
· Responsible for establishing and maintaining a system to control all documents and data related to KTMS.PH Integrated Management System
· Ensure that all KTMS.PH Integrated Management System related documents are reviewed, approved and re- approved for adequacy and that only the latest versions are available at all points of use.
· In-charge of safekeeping, storing, transmission and loaning of KTMS.PH Integrated Management System and other related documents under the preservation period and compliance obligations.
· Responsible and authorized to re-produce KTMS.PH.IMS documents and ensure proper
· distribution and control of documents to concerned functions/ areas
· Ensure KTMS.PH.IMS documents are updated as required and amendments are properly logged and monitored
· Ensure that all existing documents are reviewed and approved by authorized personnel prior to its issue and all KTMS.PH.IMS documents are readily identifiable and legible.
· Prepare master list of KTMS.PH.IMS records, establish system filing, indexing and distribution of external and internal document.
· Monitors all original and controlled IMS documents.
· Oversee and verifies the document information performances of all Site DCCO.
· Conduct document review and audits of all Site DCCO.
Qualifications:
· At least a college graduate with a diploma. A degree in Management is an advantage.
· With at least 2 year experience on ISO standards implementation. (as ISO 9001:2015, ISO 1400:2015 & ISO 45001:2018)
· Ability to communicate at all levels from senior management to clerical level
· Knowledge and experience in working with, quality, health safety and environment projects
· Awareness of construction principles
· Willing to travel to project sites
