Job summary

New Asia Golf and Spa Resort is seeking an experienced Irrigation Supervisor to oversee all phases of golf course irrigation installation projects in Capas, Philippines. You will read and interpret irrigation plans, coordinate crews and logistics, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include supervising field crews, maintaining equipment, liaising with project managers and superintendents, and completing weekly admin duties.

• Supervise irrigation crews and daily jobsite operations.
• Oversee all phases of golf course irrigation installation projects.
• Read, interpret, and execute irrigation plans, specifications, and construction drawings.
• Coordinate crew schedules, lodging, transportation, and project logistics.
• Communicate regularly with Project Managers, Golf Course Superintendents, Architects, and Company Leadership.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve field challenges.
• Ensure projects meet established timelines, quality standards, and installation specifications.
• Maintain, inspect, and coordinate repairs for project equipment and tools.
• Ensure compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Complete weekly administrative responsibilities, including timecards, expense reports, purchase orders, and project documentation.
• Lead and motivate field personnel while fostering a culture of professionalism, accountability, teamwork, and safety.
• Represent Irrigation with professionalism and integrity throughout all client interactions.
