Sysgen RPO Inc. is hiring an Incoming Quality Control (IQC) Engineer to manage incoming material inspection and ensure quality before release to production. You will coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and production, handle nonconformances, and train IQC staff.

This onsite role runs on a day shift, Monday–Friday. The ideal candidate has a technical engineering degree and about 2+ years in quality inspection or quality engineering, with experience in IQC processes and NCR handling.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Around 2+ years in quality inspection or quality engineering.
• Experience in IQC processes and material evaluation.
• Background in nonconformance management and inspection planning.
• Experience in training inspectors is an advantage.
• Familiarity with dimensional inspection and quality standards.

Mansioni

• Plan and schedule incoming inspection activities based on delivery and production needs.
• Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and production for inspection prioritization.
• Ensure inspections follow approved standards, procedures, and specs.
