This is where you’ll shine:
Invoice Creation
Generate invoices according to client requirements, shipment details, buy and sell rates
Prepare and issue invoices in accordance with company policies and procedures
Data Entry
Input shipment data into the company's invoicing system.
Verify customer information as needed.
Updating notes in the system as required.
Team Communication
Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and billing discrepancies.
Provide clear and timely explanations of invoice charges.
Resolve billing issues and disputes efficiently.
Compliance:
Adhere to company policies and procedures related to invoicing and accounting.
Administration
Maintenance of workflow in Expedient
Supporting the sales and operations teams with billing information
Safety
Exercises due diligence in all safety related matters through maintaining active communication with employees and Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) representatives.
Acceptance and adherence to COR (Chain of Responsibility)
Follow company’s safety procedures and take proactive steps to minimise risks and injuries.
What you’ll bring in:
Has at least 2 years relevant experience in theFreight Forwarding Industry Experience
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
Skilled in problem-solving
Proficient in time management
Collaborative team player
Capable of meeting deadlines and working well under pressure
