Qualificações

• CPA is preferred orBachelor’s Degree in any Business related field.
• Experience in Accounting Functions, Shared Service and SAP is advantageous.
• Strong English communication skills, written and spoken.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Highly customer oriented with teamwork spirit.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Analytical, proactive and persistent with follow-up.
• Strong interpersonal, issues handling, decision-making and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Process specific accounting transactions accurately and timely according to standard process documentation.
• Serve as first level escalation for process issues and deviations; analyze solutions per procedures.
• Contribute to process improvements and maintain documentation.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with Legal Entity and external customers/vendors per structured process.
• Prepare and maintain reports as requested and ensure follow-through on issues.
