Job summary

Alter Domus, a global provider of integrated solutions for the alternative investment industry, is seeking an Investor Services Senior Officer (Mid Shift) in Taguig, Philippines. You will review investor KYC files, assist in remediation, and coordinate with Compliance, Legal, Transfer Agency, and Engagement Teams.

The role demands 3–5 years of AML/KYC experience, a related degree, strong attention to detail, and excellent English communication in a structured, project-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of AML/KYC experience in financial services or investor onboarding.
• Strong understanding of KYC principles, risk assessment, and documentation standards.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Review investor KYC files (Luxembourg/Guernsey funds) to identify missing or outdated docs.
• Assist in remediation of incomplete investor files per internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Request missing KYC documents and ensure timely follow-up with investors or client reps.
• Update investor and UBO information in KYC databases and EDMS.
• Perform PEP, sanctions, and adverse-media screening and document results.

YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reviewing investor KYC files (Luxembourg and Guernsey funds) to identify missing, outdated, or inconsistent documentation.
• Assisting in the remediation of incomplete investor files in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Requesting missing KYC documents and information from investors or client representatives and ensuring timely follow‑up.
• Updating investor and UBO information in KYC databases and electronic document management systems (EDMS).
• Performing PEP, sanctions, and adverse‑media screening and recording results in accordance with internal standards.
• Ensuring that all remediation actions are accurately documented for audit and regulatory purposes.
• Supporting the preparation of remediation progress trackers and dashboards for senior management oversight.
• Collaborating closely with the Compliance, Legal, Transfer Agency, and Engagement Teams to ensure consistent application of requirements.
• Supporting senior colleagues in implementing updated procedures and quality‑control steps for the remediation project.
• Escalating issues, unusual situations, or potential inconsistencies to the Senior Officer or Manager when necessary.

YOUR PROFILE

• You hold a degree in law, finance, economics, business, or a related field.
• You have 3 to 5 years of experience in AML/KYC, preferably within financial services or investor onboarding.
• Understanding of AML/CTF requirements for Luxembourg and/or Guernsey funds is a strong advantage.
• Experience in KYC remediation or regulatory review projects is considered an asset.
• You have strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of KYC principles, risk assessment, and documentation standards.
• You are comfortable working with databases, document management systems, and screening tools.
• You have good communication skills and enjoy collaborating in a structured, project‑oriented environment.
• You are fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• You are organized, proactive, and capable of managing your workload with a high degree of accuracy.
• You are eager to learn, open to feedback, and motivated to build expertise in EU‑based regulatory environments.
• You demonstrate reliability, accountability, and a positive attitude toward continuous improvement.
