What It's About

Investor Services Team within Partners Group is responsible for the timely and flawless response to our clients' queries as well as distributing high-quality client communication. In close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, the team covers a variety of topics across private markets.

Responsibilities

As an Investor Services Specialist, tasks include handling medium‑complexity tasks (ad‑hoc and recurring) and performing 4‑eye checks on deliverables produced by peers.

What We Expect

• A bachelor's degree or 4–6 years of relevant work experience with professional qualification in finance, economics, business administration or marketing.
• Fluent English and confidence in client communication (written and verbal).
• Independently delivers on assigned tasks, duties and responsibilities fulfilling the Investor Services task catalogue within prescribed timelines and producing the highest quality standards.
• Drives team goals and contributes to Business Unit‑relevant goals.
• Regularly initiates and implements improvements to processes, tools and outputs within Investor Services.
• Collaborates with and has exposure to Cell Leaders within the firm and acts as liaison towards other Business Units on specific topics.
• Independently leads discussions with internal and external stakeholders; confidently challenges inputs to ensure robust outcomes.
• Proactive with an entrepreneurial and solution‑oriented mindset, adept at thriving in dynamic environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective and reliable team player.
