Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain investor overviews, presentations, Excel analyses, and tracking reports for investors, analysts, rating agencies, lenders, senior management, and board-level audiences.
• Assist with quarterly earnings process: presentation updates, press release formatting, call scripts, Q&A materials, and dissemination logistics.
• Maintain investor records, segmentation, and coverage reports using CRM platforms, investor databases, and Excel.
• Prepare fundraising analytics, investor due diligence materials, and roadshow presentations.
• Review peer earnings results, sell-side research, conference calls, and regulatory filings.
• Maintain Excel models and reports covering stock-price performance, valuations, and other key financial metrics.

About The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Investor Relations & Marketing Senior Analyst / Associate to support investor communications, public-company reporting, private fund marketing, and corporate communications across multiple investment entities.

This role combines investor relations, financial analysis, marketing execution, design, and content development. The successful candidate will prepare investor presentations, earnings materials, press releases, email campaigns, marketing collateral, and reporting tools for investors, analysts, lenders, senior leaders, and other key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has strong PowerPoint and design capabilities, excellent English writing and editing skills, working knowledge of financial statements and regulatory filings, and the ability to manage multiple deliverables under deadline-driven reporting cycles.

Key Responsibilities

Investor Relations

• Create and maintain investor overviews, presentations, Excel analyses, and tracking reports for investors, analysts, rating agencies, lenders, senior management, and board-level audiences
• Support the drafting, editing, formatting, approval, and distribution of press releases, newsletters, and shareholder communications
• Assist with the quarterly earnings process, including presentation updates, press release formatting, call scripts, Q&A materials, and dissemination logistics
• Maintain investor records, segmentation, and coverage reports using CRM platforms, investor databases, and Excel
• Prepare fundraising analytics, investor due diligence materials, and roadshow presentations
• Review peer earnings results, sell-side research, conference calls, and regulatory filings
• Maintain Excel models and reports covering stock-price performance, valuations, and other key financial metrics
• Monitor industry developments, competitor activity, and relevant marketing materials

Marketing, Brand, and Communications

• Build, format, and maintain investor presentations, earnings decks, and marketing materials using PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva
• Design and execute email campaigns for investor updates, fundraising initiatives, conferences, and events
• Manage recurring investor, borrower, and sponsor newsletters
• Maintain email distribution lists, suppression lists, campaign schedules, and compliance workflows
• Ensure brand consistency and visual quality across materials for multiple entities
• Support website updates, search optimization, digital advertising, and lead-generation initiatives
• Monitor and report on campaign engagement and conversion metrics
• Help coordinate public relations, thought-leadership content, social media, and blog materials
• Work with legal teams and third-party vendors to keep digital content accurate and up to date
• Support conferences, sponsorships, media appearances, and speaking engagements
• Coordinate invitations, RSVPs, vendors, contracts, event reporting, and post-event follow-up
• Prepare and maintain industry and league-table submissions
• Manage document version control and digital asset libraries

Required Qualifications

• Two to four years of experience in investor relations, corporate marketing, financial communications, or a closely related field
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including advanced formatting, animations, and master slides
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Working proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Experience using Canva, WordPress, Salesforce, or comparable platforms
• Experience maintaining CRM or investor databases, including record management and segmentation
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, ActiveCampaign, or similar tools
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong writing, proofreading, and editing capabilities
• Comfort working with financial and technical information
• Working knowledge of financial statements and regulatory filings
• Ability to work with Excel models, trackers, reports, and databases
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple brands, entities, projects, and disclosure requirements simultaneously
• Ability to perform effectively under quarterly reporting and earnings-cycle deadlines
• Sound judgment when handling confidential and market-sensitive information
