Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder relevant to the job, preferably Economics/ Finance/ Banking/ Accounting.
• At least 3 years of experience in Relationship Management or Accounts Management in a commercial bank, private bank, trust, or securities firm.
• Has strong client relationship and account management skills.
• Has extensive knowledge and experience working in Financial and Stock Market.
• Has excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong data, analytical, and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Investor Relationship Management: Improves relationships with investing community by actively taking part in meetings and correspondence with fund managers, credit equity analysts, rating agencies, financial media, asset management companies.
• Prepares corporate materials for investors and prepares presentations used in shareholder meetings, investor briefings, conferences, and roadshows.
• Support Compliance, Capital Raising and Other Responsibilities: Assists the Compliance Officer with regulatory disclosures and prepares materials for capital raising exercises.
