Qualifications

• High School or Senior High School graduate, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in voice, chat, email, social media, or blended support.
• Ability to communicate in English and Filipino, written and spoken.
• Basic computer skills and browser-based systems familiarity.
• Experience in banking, fintech, or regulated financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries via chat, email, voice, and social media.
• Assist with account opening, access, deposits, withdrawals, orders, and portfolio details.
• Review client data in CRM, ticketing, and back-office systems.
• Identify causes of common issues and follow approved troubleshooting steps.
