Job summary

Talent Map Global BPO, Inc. is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the investment team with research, modeling, and reporting.

Work directly with US-based principals on live investment analysis during US hours, in a dedicated, high-trust environment. The successful candidate will build financial models (DCF, comps, LBO-style), conduct research, support due diligence, and contribute to investment memos and periodic performance reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Hands-on experience in financial modeling, investment research, and due diligence.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
Experience supporting US-based companies, clients, or teams.
Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain financial models (DCF, comps, LBO-style) to evaluate investments and monitor portfolios.
Conduct company, industry, and market research to inform investment decisions.
Support due diligence reviews including data room review and diligence tracker maintenance.
Draft investment memos and committee materials with clear, decision-ready analysis.
Prepare periodic investment reporting and portfolio summaries for the family office.
Monitor markets, sectors, and macro trends and flag developments relevant to holdings.
Collaborate with US-based principals and external advisors as needed.
