Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring, recording, and maintaining accurate stock levels.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Update inventory logs and monitor stock levels.
• Update inventory logs, stock cards, or system databases accurately and promptly
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of items to prevent losses or damages
• Assist in preparing inventory reports for management review
• Coordinate with warehouse and purchasing staff for replenishment and distribution needs
• Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and standard inventory procedures
• Support the Inventory/Warehouse Officer in daily operations as required

• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies with records
• Update inventory logs, stock cards, or system databases accurately and promptly
• Monitor stock levels and report low or fast-moving items to supervisors
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of items to prevent losses or damages
• Assist in preparing inventory reports for management review
• Coordinate with warehouse and purchasing staff for replenishment and distribution needs
• Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and standard inventory procedures
• Support the Inventory/Warehouse Officer in daily operations as required
