Qualifications

• College graduate or diploma holder in any related field.
• Warehousing experience preferred.
• Proficient in inventory monitoring and reporting stock levels.
• Able to adapt to new systems and processes.
• Physically capable of handling warehouse materials.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage the inventory of project materials, warehouse consumables, and printing consumables.
• Maintain up-to-date stock records and ensure timely orders.
• Track movement of materials in and out of the warehouse, including DRR handling.
• Communicate warehouse material needs to relevant teams.
• Ensure warehouse is stocked and prepared for upcoming projects.
• Monitor and maintain records for warehouse consumables.
• Encode and update consumable inventory in Excel for project requests.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Report and coordinate any cleaning supplies or needs.
• Create Cost Approval (CA) requests for warehouse purchases and expenses.
• Support other ad-hoc administrative tasks related to warehouse operations.
• Encode and submit the guard's daily reports.
• Check and submit the Daily Time Records (DTRs) of warehouse employees weekly.
