Therma Luzon, Inc. is seeking an Inventory and Warehouse Management Manager at Pagbilao, Quezon. This role plans, directs, and coordinates day-to-day warehousing, inventory control, forecasting, and distribution to support efficient plant operations.

The position oversees warehousing and logistics, develops policies, ensures standardization across locations, and drives improvements while collaborating with O&M, SHE, ITS, and Procurement to safeguard assets and meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Registered Mechanical/Electrical Engineer preferred.
• 5+ years experience in Supply Chain Management and Warehousing for power/industrial facilities.
• 3+ years in a managerial role.
• 2+ years relevant project experience.
• Willing to report onsite at Pagbilao, Quezon Province.

Responsibilities

• Develops policies and procedures for Inventory Management and Warehousing, Logistics and internal distribution.
• Ensures standardized implementation across locations.
• Leads inventory, warehousing, logistics, and asset disposal activities.
• Reviews and analyzes inventory levels to ensure material availability.
• Collaborates with O&M and other teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Develops reports for management decision making.
