• Perform daily and weekly inventory counts for high-value stock.
• Inspect incoming deliveries for freshness, proper temperature, and specifications.
• Enforce FIFO and FEFO protocols across storage areas.
• Reporting supply discrepancies, damages, or shortages immediately to purchasing.
• Logging inventory receipts and kitchen disbursements accurately.
• Maintaining waste logs to track spoilage and minimize loss.
