Job summary

STORE ONE INC in Taguig, Philippines, is seeking an Inventory Clerk to monitor daily stock movements, maintain accurate inventory records, and perform reconciliations between physical stock and system data.

The role also involves coordinating with Warehouse, Production, and Purchasing teams, preparing routine inventory reports, investigating discrepancies, and enforcing internal controls to ensure timely stock availability and accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily stock movements, including stock receipts, transfers, returns, adjustments, and issuances.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the company's inventory management system.
• Perform regular stock reconciliation between physical inventory and system records.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly and accurately.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Production, and Purchasing departments regarding stock availability and replenishment.
• Monitor slow-moving, fast-moving, obsolete, and damaged stocks and recommend appropriate actions.
• Ensure all inventory transactions are properly supported with complete documentation.
• Participate in scheduled and surprise physical inventory counts.
• Verify the accuracy of receiving and releasing documents before posting transactions.
• Ensure compliance with company inventory policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Assist in developing and improving inventory management processes.
• Perform other inventory-related duties assigned by management.
