Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd seeks an Inventory Associate to support the Inventory Supervisor in daily warehouse operations, focusing on inventory reconciliation, allocation, and documentation. You will work closely with the team to ensure accurate stock records and smooth replenishment processes.

The role requires attention to detail, good communication, and teamwork, with exposure to SAP and Microsoft Office. Experience in inventory management is preferred, and a willingness to contribute to process

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree required or equivalent in SCM/Logistics/Business Management.
• 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or similar role.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Reconciles inventory in stores assigned.
• Computes allocation for replenishment of the stores assigned.
• Prepares allocation files for warehouse picking and packing.
• Coordinates with operations team for deliveries and pull outs.
• Processes approved stock pull out requests from other departments.
• Processes pull out documentation from assigned stores in SAP.
• Prepares necessary box labels for stores with requirements.
• Other responsibilities that may be assigned.
