Job summary

Our Clients in Mandaluyong City is seeking an Inventory Planning & Control Manager to lead inventory planning, governance, and financial controls for stock accuracy, cost optimization, and efficiency. The role requires coordinating with warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to drive improvements and supervise inventory control staff.

You will use SAP Business One for monitoring and reporting, manage audits and cycle counts, and implement processes to reduce losses while optimizing performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in warehouse operations, production management, or inventory management within FMCG.
• Experience in warehouse companies or 3PL providers specializing in inventory management.
• Strong expertise in inventory analysis, inventory controls, and warehouse operations.
• Proficient in SAP Business One (SAP B1).
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
