Job Summary:

The Inventory Officer is the overall in-charge of the implementation of the Control procedures and security of company assets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensures the safety and security of the company assets that includes cash, inventory, documents, data, receivables, and fixed assets
  • Ensures inventory accuracy
  • Assists in the implementation of the control standards
  • In-charge on the training and development of the Control personnel
  • Ensures that all the standards are implemented as a process champion of selling, front end, warehouse operations and clearing procedures
  • Ensures the accuracy and timely submission of reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or Administration related courses
  • With at least 2 years relevant experience in control, audit and inventory
