Job summary

DKSH is seeking a Senior Inventory/SCM professional to manage and monitor inventory operations across business units, ensuring accuracy and system alignment with physical stock. You will oversee cycle counts and SAP transactions, and collaborate with IT on inventory module modifications.

The role requires extensive experience in inventory management, WMS, and cross-cultural collaboration, with strong analytical skills and English language proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related field in supply chain management.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in a managerial capacity.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System.
• Basic MS Excel; advanced is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor SCM functions across BU in Inventory operations to ensure accuracy and alignment with systems.
• Oversee wall-to-wall and daily cycle counts according to SOP and GRC guidelines.
• Ensure SAP encoders perform transactions in compliance with policies including month-end/year-end closes and reports.
• Conduct daily stock investigations, including adjustments and variance queries.
