Job summary

Satellite Office in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Inventory Lead to support the Supply Planning team, focusing on reporting, analytics, and coordination to maintain accurate inventory.

You will prepare weekly inventory reporting, analyze data, monitor KPIs, and lead annual stocktakes while partnering with Supply Planning, Procurement, Warehouse and Production to ensure informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management or supply planning.
• Strong reporting and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis capability.
• Experience with ERP systems including D365.
• Turn data into clear, useful reports.
• Attention to detail and inventory accuracy.
• Leadership or meetings facilitation is a plus.
• Experience in manufacturing or supply chain environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly inventory reporting and updates.
• Compile, analyse and maintain inventory data for reporting.
• Monitor inventory levels, trends and KPIs.
• Identify variances and investigate root causes.
• Coordinate annual stocktake with internal teams.
• Work with Supply Planning, Procurement, Warehouse, Production.
• Present reporting and insights at inventory meetings.
• Support IBP/S&OP monthly inventory meetings.
• Maintain accurate system inventory information.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reporting.
• Share knowledge and provide support to planners.
