Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field or similar.
• 2-3 years in inventory, retail ops, auditing, cashiering, or stock control preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Analytical and comfortable with reports and data.
• Proficient in MS Excel and inventory systems.
• Trustworthy, accountable, and process-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory movements, stock room operations, and inventory records.
• Conduct daily, monthly, and annual inventory counts.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, reconciliation, and stock availability.
• Monitor compliance with inventory and operational procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of stock transfers, deliveries, and movements.
• Prepare inventory, compliance, and operational reports.
• Support merchandising standards and replenishment planning.
• Coordinate with Store Leads, Operations, and Product Management teams.
