Job summary

GECO Asia Pte Ltd is seeking an Inventory & Admin Accounting Support to manage inventory accounting, reconciliation, fixed asset support, and related finance admin tasks. You will collaborate with Finance, Warehouse, Supply Chain, and Procurement teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance and 1–3 years in inventory or cost accounting, with proficiency in ERP systems such as Oracle, MFGPro, or SAP. Onsite work in Biñan, Laguna is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Accounting, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, cost accounting, or related functions.
• Knowledge of inventory management, reconciliation, and internal controls.
• Experience with Oracle, MFGPro, SAP, or similar ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with good documentation and reporting skills.
• Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Willing to work onsite in Biñan, Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Generate inventory reports using Oracle, MFGPro, or other ERP systems.
• Perform inventory valuation and reconciliation of physical vs. system balances.
• Prepare inventory schedules and month-end closing deliverables.
• Assist with cycle counts and annual physical inventory.
• Support fixed asset tagging, tracking, and documentation.
• Monitor weekly actual spending and maintain finance records.
• Prepare audit schedules and supporting documents.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
