Job summary

DHL Supply Chain Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented data entry / records clerk for on-site work in Laguna. You will input customer information, convert documents to digital files, and maintain accurate data acrossWMS records. Immediate start with compliance to government requirements is required.

Experience in warehouse/logistics and knowledge of inventory systems are advantageous for this role. Willingness to be stationed in Maunong, Calamba Laguna is required.

Qualifications

• At least College graduate.
• Experience in warehouse or logistics is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in inventory and warehouse management systems.
• Can start immediately and with complete government requirements.
• Willing to be assigned in Maunong, Calamba Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Inputting customer or client information into databases.
• Converting paper documents into digital files.
• Updating existing records with new data.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date files.
• Checking data for errors or discrepancies.
• Reviewing entries for accuracy and completeness.
• Running reports to identify inconsistencies.
