You will assist in COGS analysis, variances, and standard cost setups for various product parts while preparing monthly forecasts and inventory metrics for management. The role requires collaboration with Operations and Finance teams to ensure accurate cost data, effective internal controls, and continuous process improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Must have hands-on experience with cost accounting and inventory valuation.
• Experience in analyzing COGS and investigating inventory variances.
• Ability to set up standard costs for product parts and perform monthly forecasts.
• Familiarity with month-end close processes and inventory metrics.

• Gather financial data to ensure the integrity of inventory reporting.
• Valuate inventory and prepare production and month-end reports.
• Analyze COGS and investigate inventory variances.
• Determine and set up standard cost for product parts.
• Prepare and monitor monthly forecasts.
• Reconcile Inventory and COGS/OCOGS accounts and resolve variances.
• Analyze cost records and allocate cost data accurately.
• Plan and collect data to determine activity costs (PPV, IPV, WIP, Scrap, Yield, absorption).
• Initiate process improvements for cost reduction and internal controls.
• Prepare and reportInventory Metrics to management.
