DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze, control, and ensure constant tracking of item movement (fast-moving, medium, non-moving, and for pruning) and submit reports to the immediate superior.

• Classify which SKUs are made to stock (MTS) and which are made to order (MTO) based on inventory movement.

• Conduct timely replenishment of stocks based on established reorder point (ROP) standards.

• Analyze and forecast demand.

• Coordinate with the Warehouse Supervisor/In-Charge regarding incoming items, transfers, and other related activities, including warehouse stock accuracy, capacity, and forecasting.

• Ensure that department targets are monitored, controlled, met, analyzed, and addressed if not attained.

• Conduct cycle audits based on an agreed schedule to verify inventory records against physical counts.

• Prepare daily and monthly accomplishment reports for endorsement to the immediate superior.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 1 year of experience in inventory management, warehousing, or a related field.

• Experience in manufacturing, retail, or logistics industries is an advantage.

• Must be willing to work onsite at URATEX Valenzuela.
