Inventory Controller

Job Summary:

Arvin International Marketing Inc. is seeking an experienced Inventory Controller to join our dynamic team. As an Inventory Controller, you will play a critical role in managing the company's inventory operations, ensuring efficient tracking and management of our warehoused goods mainly raw materials (Salt, Chemicals, Rice).

Job Description:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, tracking stock levels, stock movements, and inventory transactions

• Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy

• Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory data, implementing corrective actions as needed

• Collaborate with the Warehousing team to optimize storage and distribution processes

• Generate detailed inventory reports and analyses to support business decision-making

• Implement and monitor inventory control procedures to minimize losses and wastage

• Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless inventory management

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

• Minimum 3 years' experience in an Inventory Controller or similar role within the Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics industry

• Proven track record of maintaining accurate and detailed inventory records

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• Proficient in using inventory management software and data analysis tools

• Commitment to continuous improvement and optimization of inventory processes

• Willing to be assigned in Tondo, Manila or Malabon (the company can provide free accommodation)
