Job summary

Global Empire Manufacturing Corporation in Pasig is seeking an Inventory Clerk to maintain accurate stock records, monitor movements, and ensure proper documentation across warehouse and office environments.

You will conduct regular counts, reconcile discrepancies, prepare reports, and coordinate with Purchasing, Production, and Warehouse teams to ensure stock availability and compliance with procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Associate/Vocational in Business, Logistics or Supply Chain.
• At least 1 year of inventory/warehouse/stock control experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
• Strong numerical, analytical and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records.
• Able to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines.
• Honest, dependable and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, packaging, finished goods and other warehouse stocks.
• Record all inventory transactions including receipts, issuances, transfers, adjustments, and returns.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventory counts and assist in physical inventory activities.
• Reconcile physical inventory with system records and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare inventory reports and submit to Warehouse Supervisor or Management as required.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, and Warehouse personnel regarding stock availability and inventory concerns.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of inventory-related records.
• Monitor stock levels and report low, excess, slow-moving, or expired items.
• Assist in receiving and verifying deliveries against purchase orders and delivery receipts.
• Ensure compliance with inventory control policies, warehouse procedures and company standards.
• Perform other inventory and warehouse-related duties as assigned.
