Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update warehouse inventory records daily.
• Report discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
• Monitor inventory levels, process purchases, and track orders.
• Process returns according to established procedures.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Job Description:

1. Daily maintaining and updating records of Warehouse Inventory.
2. Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
3. Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes purchasing orders; and tracking of orders.
4. Process documents returns as required following established procedures.
5. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree/College level of any related courses.
2. Computer literate and excellent to MS Office especially to Excel.
3. Knowledgeable in System application with data base management skills.
4. Perform quality review of other team member’s claims/ authorization to established data guidelines.
5. Willing to work under pressure.
6. Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Willing to work in Pasig City.
