Job summary

Sperry Philippines is seeking an Inventory Reconciliation Specialist to oversee stock accuracy across assigned stores in Pasig. You will schedule counts, process relevant permits, and monitor annual inventories to identify losses and variances.

The role requires attention to detail and collaboration with sales teams. Ideal candidates have a business-related degree and at least one year in finance, audit, or tax, with strong English and Filipino communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Business Studies / Administration Management, Commerce, Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in finance, audit, taxation, or equivalent
• Proficient in English and Filipino, both oral and written
• Organized, detail-oriented, trustworthy with good analytical skills
• Willing to work at Head Office, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, weekdays (Mon–Fri)

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and on-time submission of inventory reconciliation of the store/brand assigned and promptly provide a summary to recover inventory losses.
• Prepare inventory count schedule of the assigned brand, process letters/permits needed
• Monitor all stores/brands assigned are periodically counted in a year
• Prepare and compute deduction for inventory losses
• Handle inventory reconciliation with sales personnel; discusses variances
• Process clearances and checks records of sales personnel
• Assist the concern department in evaluating the condition of the stores and detects causes of losses, fraudulent acts in the store
