  • Prepare and submit inventory reports for management review.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure proper inventory handling.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Associate to join our Supply Chain team. This role will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock movements, assisting in physical counts, and providing inventory analysis to support smooth operations and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain accurate inventory records in the system on a daily basis
  • Track and record all inventory movements including receipts, transfers, and issuances
  • Conduct and participate in regular physical inventory counts and cycle counts
  • Reconcile system records with actual stock and investigate discrepancies
  • Analyze inventory trends such as slow-moving, fast-moving, and aging stocks
  • Prepare and submit regular inventory reports for management review
  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and other departments to ensure proper inventory handling
  • Assist in implementing internal controls and best practices for inventory management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse, or supply chain operations (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliation
