Waltermart Supermarket Inc. is seeking an Inventory Officer responsible for implementing security controls and protecting company assets across cash, inventory, documents, data, and fixed assets.

The role emphasizes inventory accuracy, standardization of control procedures, and leading training for the Control team. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or Administration-related fields and at least 2 years of relevant control, audit, and inventory

Qualifications

• Experience with control, audit and inventory management.
• Ability to implement control standards and procedures.
• Strong communication and training skills.

Responsabilités

• Ensures the safety and security of company assets including cash, inventory, documents, data, receivables, and fixed assets.
• Ensures inventory accuracy.
• Assists in the implementation of the control standards.
• In-charge on the training and development of the Control personnel.
• Ensures that all the standards are implemented as a process champion of selling, front end, warehouse operations and clearing procedures.
• Ensures the accuracy and timely submission of reports.
