Job summary

Advanced Energy is seeking an Inventory Analyst II to lead inventory accuracy, governance, and compliance across all AEPH sites, including Factory, 3PL, and Subcontractor operations. You will manage cycle count programs, audits, variance resolution, and ongoing process improvements.

Reporting to the Inventory Manager, you will partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen inventory management, drive KPI improvements, and ensure audit readiness while mitigating risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, cycle count management, inventory auditing, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Working knowledge of ERP/WMS systems (Oracle or SAP preferred).
• Strong understanding of inventory control, cycle counting, and audit standards.
• Experience with SOX compliance and audit environments is an advantage.
• Proficient in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and dashboard development.

Responsibilities

• Own overall inventory accuracy performance for assigned sites.
• Ensure adherence to Global Cycle Count Policy and inventory control standards.
• Analyze inventory trends, identify issues, and develop corrective actions.
• Drive inventory accuracy improvement initiatives and projects while monitoring KPIs.
• Review and approve cycle count adjustments and variance investigations.
• Lead root cause analysis of discrepancies, inventory losses, and process failures.
• Recommend and implement inventory control enhancements to improve performance.
• Audit compliance, reporting & controls management.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement projects.
