Responsibilities include handling best and worst sellers, transfers, monthly allocations, and store communication. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in inventory allocation or related fields, strong business sense, and willingness to visit stores as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Business-related course or equivalent.
• With 1-3 years of experience in inventory allocation, merchandising, or supply chain.
• Strong analytical skills with good understanding of product performance and trends.
• Proactive, efficient, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to do field work and occasional store visits.
• Amenable to onsite work in Balintawak, Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Manage best sellers, worst sellers, and transfers with minimal supervision.
• Attending weekly and bi-weekly meetings; present area results.
• Execute monthly initial allocations and communicate with stores.
• Respond to Area Sales Managers and resolve recurring store issues.
• Join store visits and participate in allocation-related projects.
• Suggest improvements to tools and processes.
