Job summary

Tasq Work is seeking an Application Support Engineer to act as a subject matter expert in Intune and endpoint management. The role involves collaborating across teams, guiding technical decisions, and ensuring reliable operation of critical business apps from a Manila-based office.

Responsibilities include designing cloud-native management, tenant structures, zero-touch provisioning, and packaging/testing processes. Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience with Microsoft Intune.
• Expert proficiency in managing devices via Intune and SCCM.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and cloud-based integrations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Intune and endpoint management.
• Collaborate with teams to make and enforce decisions.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements.
• Develop and maintain process documentation.
• Move from on-premise imaging to cloud-native management.
• Design tenant structures, conventions, and group hierarchies.
• Create zero-touch provisioning and packaging/testing procedures.
