Job summary

Wizlex Inc in the Philippines is seeking a junior Ruby on Rails developer to join our people-powered IT team. You’ll create innovative functionalities, refine existing features, and engage with clients to clarify design solutions.

This role emphasizes hands-on practice, OOP fundamentals, and agile methods, with mentorship from senior engineers and exposure to 200+ projects across 20 fields. English proficiency at B1+ is required, and strong growth opportunities await.

Qualifications

• Understanding of OOP concepts and practical application

Key Responsibilities

• Creating innovative functionalities and enhancing the current features

• Improving your expertise through education, training, learning new skills, and receiving guidance from a mentor

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 months of hands-on experience in software development using Ruby and Ruby on Rails
• Comprehension of the fundamental OOP principles and their practical application
• Knowledge of the fundamental principles and methodologies in software development such as scrum and agile
• A B1 level of English or higher
