We are hiring an Internal Process Auditor who will evaluate, monitor, and improve internal workflows across all departments, including operations, finance, HR, procurement, inventory, and compliance. This role ensures that company policies, SOPs, and standards are implemented properly and consistently.

• Identify risks, non-compliance, and inefficiencies in processes and documentation
• Evaluate adherence to company policies, SOPs, and internal controls
• Review workflow gaps, redundancies, and loopholes
• Analyze inventory movements, cash flow handling, approvals, and system logs
• Check accuracy and integrity of reports, forms, and records
• Coordinate with department heads to implement corrective actions
• Create audit reports with findings, ratings, and recommendations
• Monitor follow-ups and improvements on internal processes
• Assist in improving and updating SOPs, compliance policies, and audit tools
• Perform surprise checks when necessary

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Internal Auditing, Operations Management, or related field
• Background in auditing, compliance, or internal controls
• Preferably with experience in retail, food service, franchising, logistics, corporate, or SME operations
• Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills
• High integrity and confidentiality
• Ability to detect process flaws and recommend solutions
• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools
• Willing to conduct occasional field inspections if required
