D & L Industries in Pasig City seeks an Internal Audit Specialist to support audit engagements across the group. You will participate in planning, perform testing, and help prepare working papers and initial observations.

This role offers exposure to diverse processes and opportunities for professional growth, with collaboration to improve internal controls alongside the Audit Manager and Team Leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree graduate required.
• Background in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations or similar.
• At least 1 year of audit-related experience.
• Basic understanding of Internal Auditing and Internal Control.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite.
• Able to perform basic data analysis using Excel.
• Able to communicate in English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Prepare audit work plans and programs.
• Perform detailed audits of internal controls.
• Conduct research from internal and external sources for audits.
• Review compliance with laws, policies, and regulations.
• Participate in meetings and sign off on working papers.
• Submit initial audit observations and recommendations.
• Monitor implementation of agreed actions.
