Responsibilities

• Assist the Internal Audit Head in managing San Miguel Foods Internal Audit and its independent assurance and consulting services across financial, operations, tax compliance, IT controls, and other activities.
• Assist in developing and implementing quality assurance and improvement programs for the internal audit activity and monitor its effectiveness in support of the organization's vision.
• Help evaluate and improve risk management, control, and governance processes across San Miguel Foods Companies.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive Internal Audit program, identifying and evaluating significant risk exposures and contributing to controls improvement.
• Communicate audit results to Management and monitor disposition of audit concerns raised, including recommendations for operating improvements.
• Participate in advisory capacity, from conceptual planning to implementation reviews of systems.
