The role evaluates documents for accuracy and fraud mitigation, working across head office and field offices. You will strengthen internal controls, coordinate audits, support external auditors, and update guidelines. A background in accounting/finance and 3–5 years of internal audit experience with multinational exposure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business field (Accounting, Finance, Management, Public Admin) or related field.
• 3–5 years of internal audit experience.
• Experience with international organizations is advantageous.
• Experience in accounting, business analysis, and internal control evaluation.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of audit software.

Responsibilities

• Assess GNIP's internal controls by auditing accounts and documentation.
• Monitor timely submission of field office documents to HQ.
• Provide audit reports to top management and coordinate remediation.
• Support external auditors and arrange auditing engagements.
• Collaborate with HO and field staff to close issues from audits.
• Review staff settlement reports for compliance with audit controls.
• Update Internal Audit Guidelines and Monitoring Checklist.
• Conduct Internal Audit Orientation for new managers.
• Prepare POA for Internal Audit Budget.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
