Job summary

Dunkin Philippines is seeking an Internal Audit Staff to help ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and financial controls across outlets, departments, and activities.

You will conduct financial, operational, and systems audits, perform field visits, review internal controls, draft audit reports with actionable recommendations, monitor policy compliance, assist with risk assessments, and support audit administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related business field.
• Preference for auditing/accounting/finance experience.
• Strong analytical, detail-orientated, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial, operational, and systems audits of outlets, departments, and company activities.
• Perform field audits through scheduled and random branch visits.
• Review internal controls and identify areas for improvement.
• Draft audit reports and present findings with actionable recommendations.
• Monitor compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with risk assessments and audit action plan follow-ups.
• Support ad hoc administrative and clerical tasks related to the audit function.
