ABOUT THE ROLE:
LBP Leasing and Finance Corporation - Government is seeking an Internal Audit Assistant to join our audit team in Makati City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in supporting our internal audit function, ensuring organizational compliance, and safeguarding our assets. As an Internal Audit Assistant, you will work under the supervision of senior audit personnel to conduct audits, assess internal controls, and provide valuable insights that strengthen our governance framework. This position is instrumental in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our financial and operational processes.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Gather and obtain required information directly or indirectly on units under review
Type the necessary reports needed by the Internal Audit office
Coordinate with other business units on matters related to audit/review.
Collate and file working papers documenting the review
Maintain the filing system of the Internal Audit Office
Handle the administrative requirements of the Office
Perform other functions as may be assigned by higher authorities
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
Graduate of Accounting or any relevant course
With one (1) year of relevant work experience
With at least 8 hours of relevant training
Proficient in word processing & spread sheet applications
Document storage and maintenance skills
Preferably licensed CPA, but fresh graduates can apply!
