Job summary

A global technology company located in the Philippines is seeking an intern to assist Test and PaDS Engineers in supporting various test projects. Responsibilities include assisting in hardware releases, enrolling CUH Names, and working on predictive maintenance strategies. Candidates should be currently enrolled in a technical Bachelor's program and possess a good understanding of electronics and programming languages such as C++ and Python. This position offers valuable hands-on experience within a dynamic engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Test and PaDS Engineers to support Test Projects.
• Support hardware release to production.
• Enroll CUH Name in Agile.
• Work on contactor serial auto detect in line with IBPM initiative.
• Monitor Probecard Touchcount.
• Assist in repair of ETS364 boards and reconditioning of fixtures.
• Strategize condition-based PM on Handlers.
• Set up stability model for Predictive Maintenance.

Skills

Good working knowledge of basic electronic principles

Good working knowledge of basic programming languages (C++, Python, Visual Basic, MS Excel Macro)

Education

Currently enrolled in Bachelor of Science in Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Engineering course

Test & Probe Engg (Central Shop) c/o Novy Genovea

• Support hardware release to production
• CUH Name enrollment in Agile

Test & Probe Engg (Probecard Shop) c/o Raffy Celis

• Continue to work on contactor serial auto detect in line with IBPM initiative
• MCR Improvement

Test and Probe Engineering c/o Clent de Vera

• Support monitoring of Probecard Touchcount
• BFR and HW Availability monitoring

Test and Probe Engineering c/o Jay Zubieta

• Work with Senior Technician/Technician in the repair process of ETS364 boards endorsed to ATO BRG.
• Assist in reconditioning of fixtures/stations used in board repair process.

Test & Probe Engineering c/o Eric Buenavista

• The intern will work with the engineer to strategize and implement condition-based PM on Handlers

Test and Probe Engineering (Line Sustaining) c/o Enan Dela Cruz

• Set up stability model for T2kx8 or T2Kx16: Predictive Maintenance
• By tracking how the high-volume high parallelism moves from Operational → Degraded → Maintenance → Failure, a model to predict when a machine is likely to fail.
• A small signal based on a probabilistic model to schedule maintenance before failure, reducing unplanned downtime.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Science in Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Engineering course
• Good working knowledge of basic electronic principles
• Good working knowledge of basic programming languages (C++, Python, Visual Basic, MS Excel Macro, etc..)
