Job summary

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze vulnerability scan results from Vulnerability Management tools such as MDE and Kenna.
• Handle MDE onboarding of all Windows assets.
• Prioritize vulnerabilities and plan remediation for identified CVEs.
• Conduct testing and validation of patches before broad deployment to ensure system stability.
• Perform remediation of CVEs in the production environment.
• Review logs and troubleshoot non-compliant machines.
• Raise and coordinate tickets with Microsoft for unhealthy machines.
• Track and report vulnerabilities, remediation progress, and outstanding risks to management.

About the role

This is a 5-month contractual engagement in a hybrid work environment with a shifting, rotational schedule. The role involves managing and remediating cybersecurity vulnerabilities using specialized tools and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure system security and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyze vulnerability scan results from specialized Vulnerability Management tools such as MDE and Kenna

• Handle MDE onboarding of all Windows assets

• Prioritize vulnerabilities and plan remediation for identified CVEs

• Conduct testing and validation of patches before broad deployment to ensure system and application stability

• Perform the actual remediation of CVEs in the production environment

• Review multiple logs and troubleshoot outdated or non-compliant machines

• Raise and coordinate tickets with Microsoft for unhealthy machines that are unable to install or receive patches

• Track and report vulnerabilities, remediation progress, and outstanding risks to management

About you
