Job summary

ASVW PH INCORPORATED is seeking a motivated Accountant to handle accounting, compliance, and tax work from start to finish in Pampanga. The role requires familiarity with Philippine and Australian accounting standards, plus strong English communication.

You will prepare income tax returns and financial statements, manage P&L and cash flow budgets, payroll processing, and day-to-day AP/AR. Collaboration with managers and clients will be essential to drive efficient controls and client service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Australian or Philippine accounting and taxation.
• Experience in the preparation and review of financial statements and income tax returns.
• Competent with computer operations as well as some specific applications, such as Xero, MYOB, Microsoft Word, Excel, outlook.
• Experience with relevant accounting systems.
• The person must be keen to learn and develop their computer competencies.
• Particularly good in verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a day-to-day operational task Accounts Payable and Receivable
• Manage tax compliance requirements
• Working closely with the managers to understand their business intimately
• Contributing to policies, procedures and related controls to ensure efficiency and continuing improvement
• Assist Clients with Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks Queries
• Attending client meeting and Assisting clients where required in developing their own internal administration and financial systems and process.
• Other duties as requested by the company
